Vodafone New Zealand has commissioned Onit Media to provision their OnitTix Ticketing Platform to manage the entrance of 2,000 employees and guests at the annual Vodafone NZ Christmas Carnival. Vodafone New Zealand’s Senior Brand Engagement Manager, Nicki Williams commented: “OnitTix was highly effective especially from a consumer-facing standpoint with many guests impressed to see us scanning tickets with iPhone’s rather than standard scanning tools.”
280 loyal Vodafone Warriors fans were treated to 50% ($15) off stadium tickets for the epic Newcastle Knights clash (13 August 2011). Fans also received a complimentary Steve Price Warriors embroidered bucket hat at gate entry. 300 DealOnit-Warriors branded mini rugby balls were launched into the crowds by the Junior Warriors players at half time.
